The Real-Time Leads Feed

Every interaction flows into a single real-time feed in the Network surface, tagged by where it came from so you always know the context:

  • NFC taps
  • QR scans
  • Lead form submissions
  • Embed fills

Because each lead is tagged by source, you can tell at a glance whether someone tapped your card at an event, scanned a QR on a flyer, or filled in a form on your page.

Lead Magnets

On the Pages surface you can add a lead magnet block, which unlocks content in exchange for an email capture. It is a clean way to grow your list while delivering something valuable in return.

Lead Forms

Add a contact form block to your page to collect details directly. Submissions land in the same real-time feed as your taps and scans, so everything stays in one organised place.

Keep forms short. A name and email are usually enough to start a conversation - you can gather more in your follow-up.

Working Your Leads

Once a lead is in Network, the relationship tools take over so nothing slips through the cracks:

  • Add notes and assign follow-up tasks
  • Set follow-up reminders
  • Organise contacts into groups
  • Tag inner-circle and VIP contacts
  • Track deals from first contact onward

In-Person and Bulk Capture

At events you can capture leads in person and triage them in bulk afterwards. You can also bulk import existing contacts by CSV or vCard and enrich them, so your whole network lives in one feed.

Door check-in at an event verifies a ticket and saves the attendee as a contact at the same time - capturing leads automatically as people arrive.
