Upgrading Your Plan

Open billing

Go to your billing settings in the dashboard.

Choose a plan

Select Individual Titan or Team Titan depending on whether you are subscribing for yourself or a team.

Enter payment details

Add your card details, which are processed securely by Stripe.

Confirm

Review and confirm your subscription.

Team Billing

Team Titan is billed centrally at £22.50 per seat per month with a minimum of 3 seats, so one account owner pays for the whole team on a single bill.

Payments via Stripe

Titan App processes all payments securely through Stripe. The same Stripe checkout also powers in-app purchases such as physical NFC card orders, event tickets, and the selling blocks on your page.

Invoices

View and download invoices for your past payments from your billing settings so you always have a record for your accounts.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no lock-in, and you stay in control of your plan from your billing settings.
